We made a five-day trip around Jiujiang arranged by your travel service last month. We had a good time quite well for most of the time, however, we were dissatisfied with something unhappy which happened during our travel.

First, when we were in Jiujiang, the local guide took us to various curio and souvenir stores within our 2-day tour. It is true that we did want to buy some souvenirs to bring home; however, shopping for one or two times was enough because we came here for sightseeing after all. With too much time spent on shipping, our tour in scenic spots was always in a hurry. It occurred often that we hardly arrived at the tourist sites when we had been asked to leave.

Second, according to the contract concluded between us, we were to stay in a five-star hotel. However, we were transferred to a three-star hotel where air conditioner broke down during our stay. The heat of July in Jiujiang was nothing for the citizen there, but so unbearable for us that we couldn't fall asleep at night.

Therefore, we request you to give us an explanation and compensate us for 300 dollars per person due to your unreasonable arrangement.
