（2）家庭方面：身份證.戶口本.結婚證和全家福照片。

辦理美國旅遊簽證需要什麽材料 2
個人身份證明
護照1.1本原件有效期至少半年以上，護照後需有個人本人簽名;
2.有舊護照，則必須提供原件，老護照後也必須本人簽名;
3.若申請人舊護照遺失，則必須提供舊護照的遺失證明（即客人自己寫壹份遺失說明並簽字或者公安機關開具的遺失證明）
4.若申請者在以往申請歐洲簽證過程中，有被拒簽的記錄顯示，請提供說明。（即客人自己寫壹份拒簽理由並簽字即可。）
5.有2 張以上的空白可用頁
美國照片
1.紙質照片：半年內拍攝的5.1cmx5.1cm白底彩照2張(照片背面簽字)。
2.電子照片
（1）照片像素尺寸必須按照正方形的比率（即高度與寬度必須壹致）。最小不得小於600 X600像素。最大不得超過1200 X1200像素。
（2）彩照（24位/像素）必須為sRGB 色空間（多數數碼相機的壹般性輸出）。
（3）文件格式必須為JPEG 的X.JFIF文件。
（4）文件大小必須小於等於240千字節。照片必須包含申請人正面的整個面部，頸部和肩膀。照片必須為申請人（6個月內）近照。
資產證明
1.如提供配偶的資產，需提供結婚證復印件；
2.提供至少10萬元的存折或存單或有價證券原件及復印件 (存款日須早於簽證申請日半年以上, 存款金額與個人收入相符的情況下, 越多越好; 定期存單的存期應在半年以上; 活期存折須顯示至少6個月以上的交易記錄, 銀行卡請打印至少半年以上的對賬單明細, 要求對賬單上體現申請人的姓名且加蓋銀行業務用章)
3.需提供房產證或車輛行駛證等復印件；
4.有工資存折請壹定提供工資存折。
戶口本
1.全家戶口本復印件（請用A4紙復印）, 如夫妻不在同壹戶口本上，需提供配偶的完整戶口本復印件，且需提供結婚證復印件;
2.請清晰的復印包含戶口本首頁.戶主頁.本人頁.配偶頁.子女頁，不可缺頁或斷頁。
註意：如果是集體戶口，請提供集體戶口本戶主首頁及本人信息頁復印件
結婚證已婚人士需提供結婚證復印件，如丟失，請提供結婚證件丟失說明（派出所或街道開具）暫住證,如果護照簽發地與工作地不壹致,那麽可以：
1.在北京領區工作的,需提供在有效期之內的暫住證原件和復印件
2.在上海領區工作的,需提供在有效期之內的暫住證原件和復印件
工作證明
營業執照或組織機構代碼證
1.所在單位為企業單位的申請者，請提供營業執照副本的清晰復印件，用A4紙復印，有年檢記錄，並在復印件上加蓋單位公章
2.所在單位為事業單位的申請者，請提供組織機構代碼證的清晰復印件，用A4紙復印，有年檢記錄，並在復印件上加蓋單位公章在職證明
3.在職證明壹式兩份，中文壹份，英文壹份。
4.使用公司正規擡頭紙打印，加蓋公司紅章。
5.在職證明內容需包括：單位名稱，本人職務及收入，旅行時間，負責人職務，簽字以及電話，傳真和單位的營業執照/企業機構代碼證號。並需要註明擔保申請人按期回國。
6.同壹單位的申請人必須以名單的形式打在同壹份擡頭紙上，而且每人都要提供擔保原件。
7.如無法提供"在職證明"，請提供公司空白擡頭紙4張，並加蓋公司紅章。
中方公司營業執照復印件提供中方公司營業執照復印件壹份，需加蓋公司公章擔保函；
1.使用公司正規擡頭紙打印，內容全部為中英文（壹份中文，壹份英文），加蓋公司紅章；
2.擔保函內容要求：單位名稱.申請人職務及收入.旅行時間.負責人職務.簽字以及電話.傳真.單位的營業執照/組織機構代碼證號。並註明申請人將按時回國，以及遵守國外法律。
在職人員其他補充材料
1.簽證申請人如曾經有過出境記錄，需提供在所訪問國家拍照的照片（本人須在照片中，並有當地標誌性建築物）；
2.公司宣傳手冊或加蓋公章的單位簡介（成立時間.性質.規模.產品.效益等）；
3.學歷證書，榮譽證書；
4.旅行計劃書：旅行的細節（旅行日程），請詳細提供。
簽證註意事項
1.面試：美國簽證需要申請人親自到使館面談，並提前預約好面談時間;面試時請攜帶所有提交材料的原件(包括身份證，戶口本，結婚證，退休證，學生證，工作證等)
2.凡申請過移民或非移民簽證的客人，無論其以前的申請是否被批準，都必須如實說明；
3.由於申請人人數並不固定，面談需要等待的時間也不盡相同，少則幾天，多則幾個星期。因此，請在預定出發的日期前盡早申請。
4.面試預約需要提供：個人資料表，護照首頁，身份證號碼，是否首次申請赴美（如果不是，請提供以前赴美的簽證記錄）
5.美國使館已經取消可以跨領區面試的規定：申請人必須在所屬的領區參加面試。否則使館將不處理申請人的面試請求。
6.預約美國面試時間任何領區都不可以再用舊護照約簽，申請人約簽時必須持距回國日期半年以上的有效護照約簽。
7.申請預約面談時需先在任壹家中信銀行分行購買申請費收據（此收據不可轉讓或退款）。預約中心會根據申請人的收據上的號碼（紅色，位於右上角）預約面談的日期和時間。
註：（報名時可提供復印件，面試時必須帶原件）

在科學.技術領域有教育.研究.工作背景的申請人在面試時還必須提供以下文件：
（1）壹份最新的簡歷，包括您的教育背景.工作經歷以及您目前工作的職責.專業知識和研究領域等（後附模板）；
(2) 出版物清單；
(3) 對於博士/博士後研究人員/高級研究人員，您必須提供論文列表和您導師的基本信息；以上這些文件必須提供英文版本。
註：如有親屬在美國或已有簽證且與您同行，請附上親屬的壹些相關材料。如親屬的美國綠卡復印件，公民身份證復印件或護照簽證頁復印件等。
美國駐總領事館：
